Loyalty program

Paying your invoices until their due date you will receive the following points:

• A Silver customer receives 120 points for each dollar spent.
• A Gold customer receives 160 points for each dollar spent. You reach Gold level with 30.000 points.
• A Platinum customer receives 200 points for each dollar spent. You reach Platinum level with 80.000 points.

Voor late payments you only receive 40 points per dollar, independent of your loyalty level.

You can use your points for discount on new invoices. Every 4.000 points equals one dollar discount.

Points can be converted to discounts to be used exclusively for new invoices from Hosting Machine. Every 2.000 points equal a one dollar discount. Points cannot be reimbursed as money.

Points can be converted for a 24-month period starting 90 days after the award date, after which they expire automatically.

Points are frozen upon cancellation of your services with Hosting Machine.In case you return to Hosting Machine later you can use any points not yet expired.

Points are linked to a customer account and cannot be transferred to other accounts, including accounts of the same person or company.
